Unfortunately they are unable to do that.

As Ubisoft has stated there will be a limited number of copies coming from the US, even if you have pre-paid the full amount, it is a case of first ordered, first served. In other words, even after all that and paying upfront I may still not get a Collectors Edition if not enough are bought in to fill orders.  And so the saga continues.... |
