Grass/bush graphical rendering is quite poor. Enemy models/animations are not good as i expected to be. Feel like ps3 can handle much more higher graphical details ( have a look at the crytek engine on ps3, used in Crysis ) Overall, the graphic is average, but i was expecting more from a brand new game.
I think I'd put them a touch above average, but I agree that some of the ground detailing looks a bit rough up close. I daresay the graphics are the same quality as IL-2, but with A:AA you can come to halt and look at things in more detail, whereas you were always in motion in IL-2, so you wouldn't notice some of the rough edges on ground objects. Given that the flying in this game takes place lower and slower then IL-2, they perhaps could have polished the ground detailing a bit more.

I didn't really look at the particle effects too closely but, thinking back, I don't recall seeing any sort of dust cloud when flying at low level. I'll have to check that out when I get back to my PS3 this evening!
