Bottled Conscience

Hello,

I got a weird problem at the rusty anchor island with the quest Bottled Conscience. One of the ships that are patrolling the area is stuck on a bottle and I can't attack the ship or take the bottle. I'm also getting a short freeze every 5 seconds when I'm in that zone.

Is it somehow possible to reset the quest or the zone?
