ice and fire stuck in melting ice gardens quest (spoiler)

My specific problem was missing the raft/boat you need to take. Maybe that is your problem. It ws lower middle if I remember correctly but I don't have the game in front of me.

I've still got this problem unsolved .... There is no portal in the place it should be - I mean the wooden door to the temple are opened, but there isn't any portal and i can't go through it. Should I do the quest with Arkton in Hades first to unlock this quest?
