Last I heard about that, was something like "HLA need to become a little more stable, because translating stuff now is pointless with new releases breaking stuff all the time". And IIRC that was 1-0,5 years ago. Sooo... no clue frankly
 IIRC there were some guys on this board who were speaking/reading Russian well enough to browse their forums and check things out, so maybe they can give more info.
