like;

priest > undead
knights > dragon

Well thats not quite that, demon is great but against no retialate like vampire,royal snake,sprite hes not that great.

That maybe true in 1 vs 1 but his unlimited retaliation make him tactically priceless

in one of my games thay did 30% of total army damage.

None,none :p The best i suggest is dragon arrow skell archer or a sprite

Heron, there are very few things that have a true counter, just some troops are generally better against some others, but the latter can frequently kill the former as well. I`m afraid that what you want doesn`t actually exist.
