Pirate crops question

Sorry for the silly question, cause i finished the game already SOME TIME AGO

and I forget who and where is the quest giver for the Pirate Crops quest (it's the one where u go to the small island with a cross).

It's one of the coastal brotherhood guys - i forget his name, but he's the one you had to visit for the quest where some other dude needed to pay for his wife. I think that quest was called "her weight in gold". He was the girl's father.

Yeah, i don't really know how to explain it, but, do you know who i'm talking about?

I know who you're talking about... I went there and the dude didn't give me any quest although he had the marker for one. Maybe it's because I didn't take the jolly roger from the guy who married his daughter

Ah well, never mind, to far gone to go back now

You have to choose to pay the price for him, or whatever, if you choose the other way, there won't be no further quests. Very vague, I know...
