Can't find the Lever Gear

I've completed the game and solved all the quests bar one:

Despite searching around for several hours, I could not locate the Lever Gear which is supposed to be found in a storehouse in "Pick Village" located in the "southern part of the mines".

I guess the broken elevator will grant access to the submarine one can spot in Upper Hadar.

Can anyone please tell me where to look for the missing part?

Ah, I couldn't tell you where it is, I just found it by wandering around, either in Taron Mines or (probably) Lower Hadar. I know the dwarven underground can be daunting, but if you go through all of its areas (using the map to plan) you're bound to find everything.

It's at the dwarf shop in lower hadar between the castle and the portal to Tauron Mines.
