Where is the witch on Isterreng?

I've been over every inch of Isterreng, and I can't find the witch for the Unhappy Ulrika quest.

I searched these boards and found posts stating she's in the cellar, but that's Ulrika back on Fastland, not the witch.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Search better next time

as for the witch being on istereng

go to the pirate smugglers

and say in the dialogue can u let me into the SAFEHOUSE
when u enter that
take a boat and go to the end there is the witch
