Because, the company has just been sold to a German company, for around fifty million euro's!
Be interesting to see what happens now, as Spie disappears into the sunset on his yacht. http://www.tweaktown.com/news/22567/..._uk/index.html Last edited by JG52Uther; 02-08-2012 at 06:34 AM. |

We can only hope! To be fair they seemed ok until you wanted to RMA something...

Yes, but that's when good customer service counts.

Well they certainly did me well over the last decade. Good packaging, delivery within 48 hours; I must've built about twenty gaming computers using kit supplied by them.

They were all ways to expensive for me as I usually buy in bulk and RMA is everything in this business.
I have IT trade accounts with Aria Novatech PCICase Microdirect and a few other smaller accounts. OCUK never had a decent discount structure for me, and most other companies swallowed the vat increase in their prices, not OCUK though. Admittedly I have used them, only for esoteric parts, and have also had poor RMA service over some GPU's Last edited by KG26_Alpha; 02-08-2012 at 06:17 PM. |
