Default Turret Gunners Hesitating

Why do turret gunners not always fire even when there is a blatant target for them to shoot at?

If you are playing online, then check your Net Stats, it will show you being in multiple positions, i.e. Pilot, Tail gunner. My only solution so far is to not ever use the gunner positions.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I've seen that .. seems to be random when they fire.

A defiant gunner will fire when upside down yet won't when right side up and watching a enemy fighter climbing right infront of him!

Gunners need to be more aggressive, I dont need them shooting at everything on the ground, Just take more shots at airborne targets. I tried IL2 1946 at the weekend (loved it) first thing I noticed gunners were relentless in filling the sky in hot lead. In CLOD they seem scared senseless!

I can see why the blenhiem pilot hesitates, he's confused by his gunnery controls!

Gunners need to be as viscious as the ones in 1946
