the people will need to play connected to internet to take the data, cause is an huge amount of data that you cannot install on a single computer.

Looks like these models do are not based based on conventional satellite pictures.

If that's true you'd have to screen the whole area again, with special equipment.

Processing the data will be the bigger problem.
