I work as an airline pilot and very often fly over the UK..
In Wings Of Prey I like the Mediterranean theater much better as far as look goes but look at the 109 and how stark it looks in the sky it almost looks like it has a huge amount of more contrast added to it sticks out in the sky like a fly in a glass of milk. The cockpits are awful compared to COD cockpits

so do i... i thank you too Luthier and i'll wait like all the others 'cause i believe Il2 series is the best sim i've ever played... but with Clod i find an unplayable sim with many bugs and it's been a long time since Clod has been released... so i thank you for your efforts but not for your efficiency...

And I thank you too, Luthier, and I am grateful that you did not "take my money and run away" but instead stood there, took the "heat" and continue developing with your team a correct sound and graphics setup so that I will be able to enjoy this flight sim in the near future.

Amen to that..

I couldn't give a rats a$$ about what happened and why, who to blame and why as it's completely futile..

We've got the Sim, they're working and fixing it, I'm enjoying it and I know il still be flying this sim in years to come with what I suspect to be lovely maps, great eye candy and some amazing ww2 fighters n bombers.

The new images look great but it does seem like a blue filter has been applied across the entire image regardless of distance. Perhaps a compromise to avoid a framerate hit.

I took off the blue tint on the hurricanes in this pic for comparison:

The top one could be a shot from the film the Battle of Britain,it has that lovely colour /tone to it.
Bottom one is definitely toned down.
Whether it is because you can compare the two you notice it more.

Yes I have. Distances are accurate.
