terrible black lines on the horrizon?

hello. among numerous other issues, i have terrible flashing black lines on the horrizon. anybody know how to get rid of 'em?

Try using you GPU's control panel and force Anisotropic Filtering to 8-16x. Helped for me.

I have the same lines when I'm over parts of London, not paid a lot of attention to it yet.
