The irony in other replies may have gone over your head, the Mosquito wasn't in service in 1940. See here....

"The first Mosquito sortie was made on September 20,1941"

i have yet to see any screenshot showing the Bf 109 E1.

i can't believe a BoB game wouldn't have the E1, i really hope it isn't so.....

Personally i was waiting at least for 3 versions of Emil: E1, E3 Early and E3 Late with pilot protection added. We know since a lot of time ago that E4 is missed.

We'll have probably E3 (Early), and E3 Jabo (!!!???).

Some official words for us Emil pilots would be nice.

Thumbs down

Emil Foghterbombers (any version) are very important for a game that simulates the BoB.

I know and i agree but was the E3 a Jabo? Wasn't it the E4/B, at least in the final phase of the BoB?

Every 109E could be equipted to be a -/B.
True, questionable is if much E-3 were left when the order came to rearm as fighterbombers 1/3 of all fighter squadrons .
And at least JG 53 used E-1/B in october 1940.

But that is pedantic, isnt it ?
