Tournament Period 1 Finish Line
Hello everybody,
This is to remind you, that at the time of posting this you have just 16 hours and 9 minutes left to complete your matches for period 1 (deadline 25/01/2011, 2359 Pacific time). If you're unsure who you should be playing, check the schedule HERE. Those of you also taking part in the B tournament, don't forget to check your schedule there as well. Attention All,
You guys have exactly 1 hour and 54 minutes after this message has been posted to turn any last minute match reports. The Leaderboards and stats are up to date. The new schedule will be up at 12:00am Pacific Time, you may start your matches as soon as the new schedule has been posted.

Great first week - surprised at actually getting all four. Especially after the close match myself and Olife had i think I won by one or two points the first time, this time was no different! Watch out for the Ace!
Good luck to all who play this week!  MACADEMIC kavorland Are my next two - get in touch (Kavorland - I'm not sure I have you on PSN yet! >.<) I shall at least see Mac tonight as your pretty reliable at being on most nights!  Good luck for your matches too!

Penalties
IMPORTANT NEWS!
From Week 2 on - PENALTIES INTRODUCED Inauguration week is over, so is the time when we credited match results of matches which were played on a map different from the host's home map. Also, there will be a penalty for submitting incomplete match results, e.g. missing to provide airplane types. This will come into effect whenever Edal has to prompt you to provide the missing information (you will not be penalized if you initially forget but submit before Edal needs to prompt you). Penalties: Wrong home map used by host: 0:3 loss Incomplete match result: loss of 1 point* * from match winner's overall score, in case of a draw from host's. Tournament Week/Period 2
Hi all you Aces out there!
Thank you for all the enthusiam and commitment you have shown during tournament week/period 1. It's great to see so much life back in the game, in and out of the tournament. Hardly an evening where I don't see a great number of you and other pilots out there. I now wish you all good luck for week 2. Remember, it's still early days, so those on the top of the leaderboards, it's too early to relax just yet, and all others, you can still build on your experience from week 1, rethink your tactics and succeed in the tournament. May all give their best. Keep it fair and have fun! MAC
