That didn't look at all like the finals I usually make . I'm more for the 60 degrees descent angle... Although you need more speed to flare then. Can't believe you landed with just +/- 120 . Nice landing though.

The same way I do it.

Anyway, that's a really nice landing, but it looks far too risky for me. Especially in bad weather or during Capture the Airfields.

I usually circle around, that is if I have to much speed and don't want to climb to burn it off. Kinda counter intuitive doing that way, but sometimes it works. Anyway, I usually just circle around and come in low in the end; and make a perfect landing.

I had trouble landing on the original IL-2 on PC, so I signed up with an online flight school (Joint Ops)

Great tuition...
