I'm not one for golf normally, but can appreciate great sporting moments, and this year's Ryders Cup was one of them. Awesome stuff.

I'm not even a big golf fan either and know next to nothing about it (rugger Union lad) but I was getting into it and it was actually quite exciting! Never thought I'd say that about golf hehe. Getting mullered at 10-6, who would have thought they'd come back? The "Yoo-Ess-A" crowd chants were getting a bit much though and it was amusing when they got clamped up......LMAO. If I was there I'd be chanting "You're not singing any more"......

A really Wonderful day. One of the best moments of the year!

Iit is odd that they had continued to esteem these qualities over those of other fighters in spite of the fact that they were of only secondary importance tactically. Thus it is doubly ironic that the Spitfire’s reputation would habitually be established by reference to archaic, non-tactical criteria. |
