Units disappearing form my army ?!

Hello,
I'm on the elf isles and sometimes I find units missing form my army (all elves + shamans)
Anybody knows why ? Is it a bug ?

If I understood right, you lost them after grabing Evilns. If yes, avoid them or get the quest from the mage in the Valley of 1000 rivers.

Before you get "that quest", anytime you come near (or grab) those small black clouds, part of your army will be lost.

Wow, thanks, I grabed 10 of them or more... And I thought that the shamans where eating the elves
