I realize that this combo, with lower drag rocket option (after release), would have been with P-47 N models in real life. But, it would be nice to have for at least one of the P-47 D models. There's two versions of bubbletop P-47 Ds anyhow.
(I always thought that one of those late models represented the N, but that's just the impression I've gotten?) It could also have been the P-47 D-30 models which were retrofitted with HVAR (instead of high drag rocket tubes) But I digress... ![]() |

The P-47N is a sort of different beast with more power, weight, fuel, revised wings, etc. I'd love to have it as it played a role in the summer of 1945. Not sure if its part of the embargo of N-G related properties or not.

Certainly, the P-47 deserves a good renovation of its loadouts display.
It's a huge stuff considering the large range of bombs, rockets and drop tanks. And after it could be relevant to publish the -N version, I think. Just my 2 cents, of course. |

It would also be great to have a new cockpit from which to view these rockets launching
