I love everything, to be perfectly honest. If 4.12 had even a tenth of the new features, I would still be terribly impatient. Now, I'm drooling all over my keyboard.

what most interesting for me...

1 new p-40 (i hope, with really lots of soviet loads - with fab-500, RS-82 etc... good and mass jabo - in game and in RL - without half of his might now...)

2 Change in scoring system - shared kills (maybe, this is little revolution for online...)

3 Hawk 75 (Finnish version) (little step to correct soviet-finnish planeset, for online-wars...)

ki-45 too, but not so interesting now - maybe, only for soviet-japanese battles in 45, if they was...

So far they have been on an annual cycle with the main patch and then the patch fixes following a couple of months after the initial release. My guess is that they are hoping to at least achieve that time frame.
