Default ANTI-Ramming Bubble

Got a question about this. It was brought to my attention that the plane flying the fastest when it hit another plane lets say in a head on it will blow up and the other will not. I saw this with my own eyes on ATAG tonight. The person flying the plane said it was a Anti ramming feature that punishes the faster diving plane by blowing it up is this true? What is the collision bubble and is it direct to the model shape. Now I have seen lag collision but both planes explode in that fight.

What is the facts about the Damage Model and is there an ANTI_RAMMING feature in the game?

Probalby not.

but il2 always had strange crash dynamics to a point, some time s the faster plaens cuts trow the slower like butter, sometimes blows up.

It's probably just wonky collision detection. I've never heard of anyone else talking about it being a feature, and like was mentioned above, the IL-2 series has always had trouble in this regard.

I have seen many issues since I started flying Cliffs. The majority of the collisions I have seen both planes explode however could have be lag collision. I have never heard of an Anti- Ramming in the game if a developer could comment on the Damage model if there is such a thing please get back to this post.

I consider myself to have been the slower aircraft in this situation as I had just taken off - whereas the 109 was in a furball and broke away towards me in a slight dive. It was a head on with the 109 nose slightly to my canopy left side at the wing root.
