Woman sitting on my lap in mission

I started a quick mission dogfight today and when I started in flight I had a woman sitting sideways on my lap in my spitfire cockpit!? I don't know if it was a bug or maybe the producers put her in one of the missions as a joke? I thought it was pretty funny myself.
I did a search and couldn't find any other instances of this happening, has anyone else seen this?

I heard of it, kind of an easter egg I guess. Supposed to have happened that a pilot took his girl up and ended up running into the enemy during the date.

you probably select it by accident this plane
mine is broke
i've get two black tapes above and below
so i don't use it

It isn't "broken"!!
In this mission your pilot has a BODY, and a flight helmet and goggles!
So the reduced field of vision is simulated.
