Yikes... I guess that could mean something if you are superstitious and an Axis (virtual) pilot at the same time. It's not good to be haunted by Spitfires in the RL as well...

I was on the balkony when i heard a strange sound, never heard before. It was growing and growing and then a JU 52 appeared. As we live on a hilltop it was very close.

Always great to see an unexpected warbird like that. I was at the 100th BG museum at Thorpe Abbotts last month and the control tower got buzzed by a Mustang. Great to see and totally unexpected.

the best encounter I've had was (almost 3 years ago) on my bike ride to school a b-17 suddenly appeared in the sky. it was far away and and didn't fly in my direction. so i didn't get a chance to take a picture.
