Question

HP Laptop: Can't quicksave as F5 key not recognised!

This problem is happening in both KB:TL and KB: AP as when I press the key nothing happens!
Can anyone help me?

HP DV6 3132TX is laptop model, thanks!

I solved it.
I had to press a key and then the F5 key to work in my keyboard.
It now quicksaves.
