surely deliberate crashing wouldnt be brought up because your still getting the points for it so i dont really see it being a prob.
My guess would be - cockpits. You know..... those things inside the planes that were completed just prior to release but couldnt be put in the game in time so were coming out later as a DLC? lol

Oh yes, definitely cockpits. I can see it now...
Dozens of threads about "Where are cockpits?" basically containing the same thing over and over again, "WoP gets cockpits why don't we?", "Why won't the devs tell us if/when we're gonna get cockpit dlc?", etc.
