Olaf rage problem

Hi, looks like Olaf won't get any experience.
I'm on level 6 meanwhile and Olaf stii hast only
one skill at basig level.
I use him in every battle. Does anybody know what's wrong??

Nothing is wrong, you are just explored the first island.

Your rage abilities will start leveling up after you get first Valkyrie, she is on the 2nd island.

Ahh! That helps, thanks. After a fight I looked at the fight details,
there always was a percentage of damage that Olaf caused but
the level stayed at zero. That confused me a bit ...
