How to make script to trigger aircraft spawn

Can someone show me a way or a link to a script where this is achieved:

- at time point X
- appears aircrafts X
- at position X
- and flies to waypoints ABC

and if 'time point' could also be made to 'random' this i would find very useful for creating surprises in quick missions
