Question about the editor

Is it just click and place or do you have to change any game codes?

Its a full editor just like mow, hit F3 to be in the script mode and if you plan to edit mow as skirmishes you should head to dms forums to find out about it because those missions are not saved into 1 file but instead seperated into few files. As for editor, its a full editor yes.
