Set some settings permanently

Is there a way to set some settings permanently? Every time I start Quick mission I must turn of mirror, press F10 for nonclickable display. There should be option to select or unselect such things.

I'd like each aircraft to save my FOV/cockpit position settings, too.

Agreed, annoying having to switch away from clickable cockpit every time, since I never really use it and since I have my hat switch set to mouse emulation to move the view.
