No Refund Rescource Income!

I was in one game which had resource income of 10000.. When I tried to make same kind of game, I could just do 600 points.. So my question is..

How can I do resource income of 10000 in no refund?

more than 600 are only possible with mod.

was y 10000 income game a mod game?

Don't think so, I didn't have any mod.. But was cool when the points were coming reaaallly fast. Someone said it's a cheat, but I dunno.. Sounds strange.
Just wanted to try it with friends, we got 8-10 MoW players here.

informations from i-net told that resouces over 600 was a cheat.
with last patch 1.17.5 its not possible have more than 600 (only with mod)

Could it be possible that we can see some kind of ''test mode'' in ordinary MoW also? Sometime in the future I mean..

It could be funny to have huge war example in 8v8 maps..
