Does anyone know what game this is??

I found a link to this game on a fansite for KB:AP.

It's all in russian (I think) and looks very much like a HOMM type game.

Can anyone shed more light on this game?

This game is very similar to HoMM 2 and was recently published by 1C in Russia. The game is called Heroes of Malgrimia: Defeat the Dragon.

I don't have such info, most likely it won't be published in english.
