how to get this one ? i'm stuck at 1 of 10 and i'm using rage skills every battle.

and did anyone notice if you donate "undead weapon" to Hilda the leadership reduce ?

Valkyrie abilities aren't the same as rage skills. Valkyrie abilities are the special powers you ask them to do via dialogue which can only be used once every few battles.
