Default Thinking of getting a new FFB stick... what options?

I have an old MS FFB2 I've used since IL2, but it's starting to break. So I'm looking to get a new stick. Not in a hurry, but eventually.

So how is the G940? I know there's this dreaded reversal bug... But is the stick itself working? Is the FFB working correctly, that is, relaying aero forces on the control surfaces instead of centering spring? Can i get a beautifully limp stick sitting still?

I also play some Apache Air Assault and Wing Commander and some racing games. What games do you G940 owners play, and are there any fails?

I don't think I see any other FFB sticks... is there any?

I hear some people with warthogs still use the MSFF2 anyway.

There may not be a finer stick on the market, even after all these years.

I found the g940 interesting as well the last time I was hunting for peripherals.
