Cannt get to the mainmenu since the latest patch

After steam update the 1.1Gb patch, I was unable to play MOW Assault Squad at all. I can launch the game though steam normally, then I can skip the count down number animation however the game won't load the main menu, I can see MOW mouse icon and can move it, everything else is black.

(I verify for game cache and everything is normal)
