Hmm, this reminds me of graphical artefacts... Weird that it's so similar for each house. Something is messed up on your part I think, tried check file integrity within steam? Never ever seen this in CloD...

Had this last night on the REPKA server after i alt+tabbed to check something, restarted the game and it was back to normal running same vid settings as OP.
Vid card is an ATI 5770 1gb
