How to access the editor?

where is the Editor in Steam!!

it is not there and I hae two different computers with the game installed VIA Steam purchase

PLESE ADVISE I want to use the editor!

Since there's a topic about the editor on MoW:AS section i have a question.
The object "barrow_1" located in "Construction ----> Entourage" is very cool, have a animation, etc but no texture!

How can i put a soldier's texture on it?
