No, this patch still there will not be. I think at first there will be a definitive patch for a CIS which will equal Rusych and Alexander, and then already there is a patch for the western version of game (BoE).
We do not forget that UG consists only of 7 persons, and now they completely work over new game with a global map and new mechanics of tactical fight.
