I am having this problem as well, however when I try to save the init changes in notepad, it says it cannot create the init.cfg file and to make sure the path and file name are correct. I'm not sure what i am doing wrong, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
I enjoy the game very much, but not being able to turn this fly mode or whatever it is off, just makes it unplayable.
