I just released an Tutorial Article which addresses this, I wonder when the ModDB Admins approve it...
The "Full" Mod release has the three most important .exes inside of it, but they are also seperately uploaded so its easy to just get them instead of the whole mod all over again.
It also covers the basic use of Optionals and such.
