Since it appears that the links for KB_DB_EDIT have all dried up, I'm posting it here for anyone that wants to use it.
Note that I'm putting it into the TL mods forum since that was originally its purpose, but you can use it on all the expansions as well and it should work for you.
This tool is of great use if you tend to be more of a hacker like me.

Darn, looks like I didn't check to ensure that it included everything, and so I've added another download for KB_DB_EDIT that includes the README.TXT file, but the KB_DB_EDIT in that one is different (both say 0.75 - whatever) so try 'em both out and use the one that works better for you!

Okay, I messed up and didn't include the English README file (just the Russian, which I don't understand by the way, either) and so now this time the KB_DB_EDIT.ZIP file includes both. Sheesh, hopefully I got it right this time!
