After some inspection, it seems that both the bugs you're experiencing are related to the same Issue, something in the bank-script broke seemingly, I can only guess why.
Please apply the (2) latest new hotfixes (both upped today) and replay one last time to the parts where you had these bugs (You must load a save file
before you entered the System where the bug occured, thats very important.)
