Wanted to be clear on the FOV and Bombsite issue with 4.13.
The command is "Toggle FOV"
It works as expected with 4.12.2.
Kinda gets "stuck" with 4.13 RC4.
If you use other FOV commands (HOTAS axis, or explicit FOV commands) they might work... but the Toggle FOV command doesn't work right.
