I think I will be getting this, had a few problems with Steam as a new user with Empire:Total War, which an update swiftly fixed and all is now well. Customer service wasn't the best though, had to wait a long time for a reply, but there may have been mitigating circumstances for that. I do feel for those without an internet connection though, I can empathise as I was in the same boat myself for a while......and I have to say it is not particularly fair on them. But they go with market research and the majority I suppose....still sucks though.
