I'm not sure but I presume so.
Aspyr are the publisher so it might be worth e-mailing them and asking them if they have any agreed contracts with any shops.
Also, i know it's probably not what you want to hear but
Amazon.com have it down as a preorder, so presumably they'll have it on release.
