As far as I know there is no external video card but I could be wrong and not informed with the latest technology.
What I sugest is, you try the game out here

http://www.menofwargame.com/demo.phtml for single player and you can know if it works for you. BTW if FOW runs on youre machine the MOW will un better , it is mutch better optimised. Have funn and see you on the game
