Unfortunately I'm a LONG way from being a teenager, as I'm old enough to have one or more of my own, but instead have one 7-year-old little boy

My biggest complaint is the time and money I've spent to make the game even work and I'm still at square one!
I'll be quite honest in admitting that I'm not all that PC savy, as I'm more of a Mac guy, with 20+ years of experience in the graphic design industry.
All that said, can you offer me any directions as to how to edit the config.ini file? it's a lot of writing similar to a Word file, but I'm not sure what I need to edit. Also the section which you refer to as the rts_joystick, is this located within the game itself or another file I should open separately?
As I mentioned - I'm somewhat PC illiterate, and ask for your understanding in offering your help.
