First i tried to use the old RS 1.6 + RSE 1.3.1 which i saved before patching, but same effect, no dialog to continue.

Is there anyone still around here? I met the same situation, and after reading 34 pages I didn't see anyone mentioned any solution. I don't know if it's a bug or not, so I kinda stopped playing.
