Default Installing dinamic campaign on dedicated server
Is it possible to install a dinamic campaign , that works on line on a dedicated server?

If affermative, how to install and setup dinamic campaign on dedicated server?

There are a lot of dinamic campaign , IL2DCE, TEF campaign, KANALKAMPF
but I haven't found specific instructions about installation and setup on dedicated server...
