Well I just ordered it from
http://www.gpstore.co.nz/ who I've got Dark Messiah, H5 Collectors and the H5 Gold Edition off. It's going to cost me $90 but if you ask me it's $90 well spent.
I once paid $113 for Crusaders of Might and Magic so this is a steal.
